Registration

Participation

This activity is open to all physics graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and early career researchers in Asia and APCTP member countries. The deadline for registration is 27 October 2025. There is no registration fee. However, eligible participants are coursed through the Asian Network nodes and country coordinators as given here. The on-site participants will be selected and informed by the organizers. The online registered participants and partner universities will be given access to the live streaming platform.

Limited financial support will be provided for foreign participants from Southeast Asia and the Asian Network node members and the APCTP/ICTP member countries.
